About Me

My photo
Karen
Thanks for dropping by. I'm Karen. I have a wonderful husband and a great son who are the main inspirations for me to cook. I am from the Philippines and on 24 February 2001, we moved to SIngapore for better opportunities. From day one, Alvin and I decided to cook our meals because it was healthier and more economical. That's how my kitchen adventures began. I challenged myself to explore the wonderful world of home cooking. Cooking gave me so much joy! We travel every year and it opened my eyes to different cultures and cuisines. I love to learn new things about cooking and baking. I also love watching The Food Channel and Asian Food Channel. My husband and my son Albert are my food critics. You may contact me at karensumang@yahoo.com
