· 2 tsp ginger, grated
· 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
· 4 chili (asian/thai), chopped finely
· 3 tbsp sugar
· 4 tbsp cider vinegar
· 1 red onion, chopped finely
· 1 tbsp salt
Mix chilies, garlic, vinegar, onion, salt and sugar. Adjust sugar, salt and vinegar to taste. Transfer to a small glass jar and refrigerate.
The sauce will last several months in the fridge.
Serve with grilled or fried meat or fish.
